The Good Food and Wine Show is just around the corner where more than 30,000 foodies are expected to partake in a culinary crusade at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre over three days. Here’s our guide on what not to miss at the Show in a minute.

Adriano Zumbo headlines the Masterclasses and will demonstrate how to curate his famous Zumbarons.

Some of Victoria’s most celebrated chefs, including Jacques Reymond and Alla Wolf-Tasker, will take to the stage to cook a three-course meal as part of Good Food Theatre.

Melbourne’s top food trucks will congregate in the Grazing Garden and serve up street-style food, while aspiring sommeliers will be introduced to six types of wine at the Riedel Wine Theatre.

The Show takes place from 30 May to 1 June, 2014.
